In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.

Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.

Game Inspection Period : Feb 10, 2009 13:00~17:00 Silkroad Standard Time (4 hour duration)

- Massive Bot Punishment will be done
- Valentine Day Event Starts ( Exp. Points Event 30% )

Although he does sound like a douchebag, yeah, it's probably 30% EXP only (not sp). I personally don't care since I'm 0 gapping.

Why would I care about something that doesn't affect me?

I have premium (meaning log in isn't a problem), I'm at a 0 gap, and I'm not farming sp...so....this event only helps me. =)

I meant 30% bonus in exp will advance 30% in your leveling, so you will level up fast but without the SP.

Here is an example for you.

1. Level 10 char requires 100 mobs to advance to level 11.
2. Level 10 char will obtains 10 SP after reaching level 11.
>> This means killing 10 mobs equals 1 SP.
3. Valentine event comes over...
>> 76.9 mobs needed to level 11 (what's 76.9 times 30% bonus?)
>> but 10 mobs equals 1 SP.
4. You get 7.69 SP after reaching level 11

2) About Event : Users can be participate in event through Forum-General Discussion section. All you have to do is leave reply on Event article.
3) Event article question
A. What kind of avatar do you want in Silkroad online? And detail information about that avatar.
B. What is happening at following picture? Wrote your imagination in reply.
4) Reward : If users answers are adopted, We will provide prizes(Offline prize and skill points).



* Notice
- We will count replies in Event article only, other article or reply in other section will not participate in the event.
- Reply must have answers of question A, B, if reply doesn't have answers, it will not be count.

what !!! they expect us to support them with silks with such lousy event ??? i think they should do better in times like this. pandora box, monster event, avatars would be much much better than this 30% exp increase. if you would to compare it with other games, this is CRAP. if you would to compare it with the past years valentine's day event, this is CRAP too !!!

its recession time, people are losing their job and lots of people are affected by it. and they really expect us to fork in tons of cash for such a crappy event? maybe the rich will do it, but i will stop to support JM ! they are really disappointing !
