Happens to me every day. I solve it by sitting up in my bed for about 30 seconds then get up and go downstairs.
I used to get up and go directly down stairs, where once it hit me at the top of the stairs and I
almost fell down them. So now I sit for 30 seconds before doing anything.
Whoa...

Re: Whoa...
I have that a lot too...
then I just get up, start walking, and suddenly it starts getting black in front of my eyes.
Mostly I keep on walking and after a few secs I get it back..
But I don't have that only when I get out of bed, also when I was on the couch, or just on a chair..
I even once or twice had it when walking down the street...

And now that you mention it, I lose a lot of blood on a daily basis. Don't ask.
Same situation with me when I was like 7. Just more in variety and drink more soup.
