Glitched in FW.

Hello everyone. I need help. I recently played in the Bandit Fortress War in the server Gaia.
There was 1 minute left in the war, and i died from a player. BUT I spawned back by my tent on the side of a mountain and I noticed i was still dead, not in my guild, but still standing up. Ive got a premium plus still on my acc and every time i log back in im dc'd within 3 secs MAX. And i cant use a return scroll or buff because it says im dead.

Id really like some ideas and help on how i can get this fixed.

Try getting unstuck, log in & immediately start clicking on the ground to get away from the spot.
I don't know if it will help, cuz it's in the bandit fortress. But that is the way to get unstuck ur char when u are in a "bugged" place.

And ofcourse:
Use the silkroad contact support:
login to joymax.com
visit silkroad website
click on the banner "contact support"
send them mail with ur problem.

When their websupport was bugged and everyone could see the mails, there were quite a lot of bugged chars that got quickly unstuck.

I cant move once i log in because it says im still dead. But ill go ahead and do what you've told me. Thanks.

yeah just send emails to joymax asked to be moved, and send 3-4 a day and should be taken care of.

My friend was disconnected during FW. As he has no premium, he could logged back in after FW finished. Now everytime he logs in he gets DC immidiately. He wrote a bug report.

That's all you can do imo.

Still no improvements. See the problem is its not even my char, its one of my good friends and i dont want him to quit cause of me.
