Meh. Anything we do now won't change the way things are going for a long long time. Maybe the plants will adapt to deal with the increased CO2 levels and balance everything out like they always do.

It's based on Population. China has a huge population so even though their emitting more Co2 then the other countries it their massive population balances it out.

its per capita so its per person, which is stupid because a farmer living out in the west of china doesn't pollute at all. China pollutes the most anyway almost all the top 10 polluted cities are in china
