Yes force bow is a very formidable build...My str bow had force at one time and I noticed a big difference in PVP. Gratz to making it by the way.

Because he doesnt have phantom and in job wars its good to be able to res people quickly. Or, because its a lower level res skill, its for deleveling a nooby. Lower res skills = Lower MP used. Makes sense really.
