The away I see this is it benefits their country. Because when your in the military you are serving your country. The home you live in and where your family has lived for years. So you gain a lot of respect for where you live. The military shapes you as a better person in the end, so when they get out they take care of their country and keep it neater. Unlike the us where trash is everywhere.
