PoC % in rev6?

PoC % in rev6?

If you watch rev6 for server capity (http://www.rev6.com/stats/servercapacity.asp) you will see PoC % next to the server name, so anyone knows what does it mean?
Iris - Level 3x Wizard/Cleric
Gaia - Level 2x Bow/Cold/Lightning
Hera - level 3x Spear/Fire/Lightning (Nuker)
