You know why there are no low lvl parties? Because everyone comes and looks at the wrong time of day, and see nothing but the high lvl parties. Everyone who talks about the low lvl parties already lvled up due to partying at the low lvls. What a weird thought that is... to lvl up while grinding. >.>
I know for a fact there are parties at low lvls because I go check up on my academy people daily and they are always in low lvl parties. xP

OT: As far as allowing locks into parties, it wasn't that big when I was first starting out. Most people were anti-lock in parties, but I wanted to be one because they are cool. As Astra made a name for himself in the high lvl parties, Warlocks slowly became cooler amongst the low lvl parties. Locks = fast zerks and fast ptg kills. Now at the chasers parties, I am a required person (not just my build... people request me over other locks). Dumb party leaders = slow zerkless party.
