How to change picture pix size?

Hey guys, my bank is currently offering custom debit card design (yes my bank WellsFargo, finally has it). They require my pictures to be 840x840 pixel size, one problem though. How do I edit it with paint? Lol yeah I suck with everything else. Please help and thanks for looking.

if u use the corner and drag for some reason ur image get distorted
I get that same problem. Can you help?
