But you need to download the patched media.pk2
Older server IP: 219.90.117.246 Current status: Online but laggy as hell.

And for the media patcher, select the media.pk2 in the ECSRO map and then read it.. Change the ECSRO ip to the SjSRO ip.

I just installed the EcSro client and patched the ip without changing the media.pk2 file itself

when you run the medipatcher make sure its set to your ecsro directory because stock its set to the folder where isro would be.
on a side note, i'm getting that BSO error
