but an ecsro vertion sice they only have lvl 70 skills

Do it then, no one can decide which build you wanna do.
Level it to 90 and come back and say if it is a good build or not.

Yeah you should try it out, if its the build you like then go for it.
Its best to play the build you like and have fun with it... if it doesnt work out you can just start a new one

i just wanted ppl opinion on how to modify the build since having multiple skill masteries at 90 is useless

Well, the only inconvenient I see with your build is that you wont have any interrupting moves to give you a second to replenish your HP. Moves such as Stun and KB on a Spear nuker, or KD on a S/S nuker. But I guess if you get really good, and I mean REALLY good armor, you will probably be able to fend for yourself in PvP, Jobs, or Wars... also I would take a S/S most of the time, for more chance of surviving.
