I'd consider buying it if it was 3 parts like the Carnival Wings. If its 2 parts like the Angel Wings though, I would keep the extra 5% attack rating from my Halloween Set.

Still looks like the most awesome avatar though regardless of stats.

I have no idea, honestly. I found it one day, and it reminded me of Mihoshi from Tenchi Muyo! (one of my favorite animes growing up) so I kept it.
