then there's just Silkroad.temp on Silkroad folder, nothing else, can't install it -.-

The message says: the required file is corrupted, pls download again.

There should be an error when you downloaded the installation file. Do it again!

If you are using IDM for directly downloading from ftp server, it may cause to imcomplete downloaded files (only 99%). You can check the download history to see exactly which file is corrupted.

For the Passport No., just type any random numbers.

It's a change in DNS address or the like that make the gamers using different ISP can not access the server properly.

I sometimes ( one in a few days ) get that error, i think it has something with the coding of SRO. But it should not happen too often.
