attacking ratting

I have a +90% phy attack , crit 10, but the attacking ratting is +0
I have some blues to ( str & int 5, blocking ratio 100+100% )
if I will try to put attacking ratting increase on it ( blue ) what could go wrong? the str , int or blocking could pe destroyed? or the stats ( crit, + psy ? )
what does attacking ratting really do? if I will leave the weapon like this will be good? it's a +5, and I will have a passive skill critical + 7
will a hit scroll compensate a 200+ attacking ratting?

Atack rating makes your avarage hits higher, for example > you hit 12-16k... with a high atack rating you'll hit 16k more often.

If you try to fix it you can assimilate your blues or your white stats ^^ can be tough luck.
A hitscroll will compensate a bit ^^ but ofcource its not the same as always having it

Everything is possible to go wrong, you can loose as well a good white stat as a good blue one.
