That's like calling up Microsoft tech support in India and asking when the Xbox 720 will come out.

I didn't ask when. I asked if there was even such a mention of SRO2 at joymax. Simply, are you guys developing sro2.

Should be an easy, yes we are, we already announced it to a few 3rd party mmosites. We thought it unnecessary to post it on our official site. (Makes sense huh? lol)

Cruor, I'm confused by your statement. Do you or do you not think they are developing a sro2? :? I think the emails we've seen clearly show the "SRO2" claims posted by that mmosite are fake.

EDIT: I see what you're saying sorry. It's late. So you think the Joymax tech support has no idea what is going on "behind scenes". Ok, fair enough. But like I said above, why would Joymax release that info to a 3rd party before announcing it on their site? This is clearly bs.

Far more people read MMOSite than the official websites. Besides, the last time Joymax put a press release on their own company website was nine months ago: http://www.joymax.co.kr/eng/public/press/list.asp

That would make alot of sense, because Ksro will be shut down at the 31st of December 2009.

i think they're developing SRO2 for Korea and don't have plan to release it global yet, just IMO don't have proof but let's hope for brighter SRO future, the current one such

edited: a sequel game is not the end of the original one, look Lineage and Lineage2, if JM can run them together then it's not strange when they're creating SRO2 and still give out new SRO1 updates.

Can someone find that? All I remember seeing was how Yahoo was giving kSRO back to Joymax. I don't remember them ever talking about shutting the game down.

Doubt it if its run by joymax >.>.

I think it's been shown what Joymax makes the game for, unless bots somehow take away money from them.

another last article from "this is game"

TIG> to the question of domestic and foreign users <Silk Road Online 2> jeongboil think about. Development of the game concept and how it is that time.

<Silk Road> Global server-based analysis of the user when the DB is already in many countries around the world are enjoying our game. Next 3 years, so that you can draw a downward curve <Silk Road Online 2> is trying to develop.

<Silk Road> introduced in the 2002 game. For the identified engine problems or to update and bowanjeom <Silk Road Online 2> plans to launch. 2 episode in 2008, will start full-scale development. Maybe the game might be able to come about in 2009.

Joymax would benefit more if there were no bots/plving

Buy 2 Premium+ and any1 can be cap by botters pvling all day
If pvling would not work, not bots, it would take about 10 premium+ to hit cap depending on how much you play, share pt has made this "easier" though..but its hard to find them at lower lvls.

You'd think so, and yet, they do nothing about the bots now.

Plenty of botters buy premiums now, for multiple chars even, no reason they won't even if they need to pay a fee to play.

I doub't there's many if any legit players in isro that pay that much in silk, or even for multiple accounts, and Joymax knows ppl are gonna buy silk regardless.

since have people become so retarted?

like many times mentioned before, if a gamecomapny is developing a sequel to a game, it's in their best interest to keep that secret. especially for a game as Silkroad.

so unless they feel it's the time to confirm it, they won't!

but this doesn't mean it isn't true. if JM was smart, and I believe they are, there will be a sequel to Silkroad. it's a freaking huge succes, it cries for a sequel, 'cause the one we have right now can't match up with the big, mainstream MMORPG's.
