Trouble with teleport

Hi, all. My problem is this: when I try to teleport from one city to another, the loading screen shows up, and yellow the bar is not moving. I can leave it that way for hours, or until i dc... I tried reinsalling the game, but no difference... What can i do?

you can try this
go to your main sro folder
find the main sro exe file
go to properties
change compatability to win 98 or xp
click ok or confirm or apply
try sro again
