I suggest u delete isro and use some registry cleaner and then try reinstalling... Worked for me.

Please post a screen shot of the error message ?
Try the following:
1. Install the Vietnamese font ?
2. Uninstall Isro and clear the registry and host file ?
3. Try running Vsro with the original client ?
4. Are you running vista ? If yes then sometimes there are weird errors
