I have a question about premium and/or ticket
If I start the premium gold + at 5 o'clock , I stay until 7 online, then I go to sleep, in the morning I will skill have the 3 hours left? and at 5 o'clock another 5 hours? in this case I will be able to use premium again at 5 or next day in the morning?
or if I start the ticket at 5 and log off at 7 the 3 hours are gone?

When you start a ticket at like 5pm you have 48 hours to do those 5 hours, it doesn't matter how often you log out/on. Also you get new time every day at 5pm then, so if you don't grind up the 5 hours of day 1, they will be added to the 5 hours of day 2. If you doesn't grind those 5 hours either at day 3 you'll loose the 5 hours of day 1 (so you got 48 hours for every 5 hours).

If you have gold time for yesterday and today, you will always finish the time from yesterday first =]

you can login when is crowded all the time? or only is the time for the 5 hours
