How do we get rid of Arrange Points?

They decay incredibly slowly is there anyway to get rid of them without dying? I have not been killed and I cant pay the fine at the Hotan Hunter NPC.

i think when u get enough arranged points you will get and "!" and people without job suit can kill you. I think the only way you ca nget rid of it is waiting. Im not really suer im not much of a thief.

i think only hunters can kill u... umm points also decay if ur logged off
