Wow, I just finished watching it on television.

Operantly his biggest accomplishment was that he kept the country "sane" after the 9/11 attacks.

i'd consider that an accomplishment all conspiracy theory aside...

but no child left behind was and is a failure, easily one of the worst things to happen to the public education in a long time...

It has nothing to do with it, and more with how financial aid is calculated, that and he probably got scholarships and/or grants.

no like... because we been on aid for 3 years, i get free tuition to any collage in michigan.

IF: i get accepted... , but as of now im going to CMU so no worries.

1. That has nothing to do with NCLB
2. It doesn't make sense for the Gov't to limit you to ANY college in Michigan as long as you can get in, it would make more sense that they will pay for any college in Michigan that receives state or federal funding.
3. I think its appalling that you are on aid, don't know the details of NCLB, and are flaunting your "free" tuition status like you know whats up. Shows how much interest you have in the gov't compared to the interest the gov't seems to be spending on you.

lol sorry i was misinformed. but when my mom got the letter in the mail saying i qualified and i was like wtf for? she said it was the NCLB policy.

do you think i like being on aid from the government? ive been on it off and on my whole life because my mom cant get a job (medical reasons). but im not trying to tell my life story, my original post was ment so say that not everything bush did was stupid and all about showing the world that america needs to be some kind of police because apparently the UN doesnt do their job? lol it seems that way sometimes when we just invade countries willi-nilly and have troops stationed all over the world. BUT: even tho i dont really like our president, he was not a complete failer and at least something he did(or so i thought) helped me.
