I'm lvl 24 with light/fire/heuksal all at 21. I was planning to keep skills at lvl 21, and open at 9gap at 30 then go to Hyeongcheons or Gun Powders or something. Or should I farm at like 35 at ongs coz of higher spawn rate?

Bs. For the people who actually payed for a private server only get 10x rates, fwuck fembria, Ocean only made them 30x (FOR A WEEK) to attract more players and keep the money rolling in. Tell Ocean to close VIP for 10years and give us 200x rates. Or I'll chargeback >.>

we never get chances to lvl like this . so use it, and dont waste is farming, just farm another day. and get ur self high now

Lol, why do American schools have cafeterias. In Australia, we have a "tuckshop", where you buy your food, then you can eat it anywhere around the school. Also, our school and classes aren't all indoors (classes are, but there's separate blocks (A,B,C,D,E etc) for each subject) and 3 massive school ovals.

Does USA not have that? When I went past a school in USA and London, it looked so boring and confined. Like a Prison.
