Need Help to find lvl61 quest

Hi ive been all over dw looking for Level 61 - Solid Bug Ghost's shell
and so far cant find it if anyone has a ss of where i get the quest from i would be greatfull

If you look at this map the NPC you are supposed to get this off is called BAEKAKO
