Chinese Pure Str Bow Tree Help

So I just created a pure Str archer a couple of weeks ago and now I have farmed about 10k sp with level 9 gap. I'm in this for the long run, so I was wondering what skills to get. I know I want maxing out Pacheon and Fire, but how much into Light and Cold? What about Force?

I heard the best combo is 90 Light and 30 Cold or 72 Light and 48 Ice.

Whaddaya think?

90Light/30Ice -> great for pve and hunt unique monsters
90Ice/30Light -> great for pvp and u can tank aswell

72 Ice/48 Light.

stick with the standard build. pancheon/fire maxed and light80 and cold 40. at 100cap delevel cold to 20.

Not meant for snow shield. With 72 Ice you get the 4th book of the Ice Guard Series which gives reasonable phy defense + the passive. 48 light gives you 50% or so speed, if you wear garms that's 70% speed with 48 light. You also get 12% mag attack increase.

Is there a way for me to get max speed and decent shield at the same time? Caus I would really like the speed bonus.
