Achieving Pure Str.

I'm new to SRO, so bare with me. I've read guides on what build to choose. I've decided on bow str. Where do I go to put the points into strength?

you first must decide with what weapon will you go
when you will grow a level, at your name , left and up on the screen, you'll see a +
click that + and you'll have 3 build points
depending on what weapon ( magical or phy attack ) you'll go , you can put there 3 str points for phy or 3 int for mag , or hybrid
hybrid actually sux at european, but at some chinese they rock

To add to this. I love knowing the shortcut keys to any game I play. So instead of going to the corner you can press the key "C". Then you can just click + for the Str option. Click the top one! If you click the bottom one, you'll be adding INT. That'll increase your magical balance and decrease your phy balance.

And in your case, if your going Pure STR BOW. Add ALL points to STR (the red bar). Not a single point to INT (blue).
