Looking for the exact MP consumption/HP healed of max'd Holy Recovery at 90 cap.

You're not going to get an exact answer because all heal skills including Holy Recovery have weapon reflect in their calculations, but anyways:

Lv. 2 Holy Recovery- Cleric Mastery 86
300% Weapon Reflect
2781 MP consumed
Effect 6258

Remember the MP bonuses gained from wearing a full robe or light armor set.
