question about full str/int attack

if you're full str you will do more phy damage than a full int with the same weapon and skills?
for example :
I'm full str warrior/cleric, and if I attack with offering, I will do the same damage as a full int wizz/cleric who attacks with the same cleric weapon and offering? we are the same level, same gap, same skill and weapon, but other build ( str , int )

Eh, no. Phy and mag balance among other things go into damage calculation of damaging skills, except for absolute damage skills. Phy and mag balance are dictated by STR and INT, respectively. A pure STR will hit MUCH lower when using offering, even if they have the same weapon.
