Atleast for you ppl. Im a total noob in photoshop. Just got it. I didnt read any tutorials. Well few but didnt rly tryed to understand. Anyway I want to know how to paste selected area from one picture I opened to other. Im using Adobe Photoshop CS3 extended. Please answer as fast as possible.. I'm making a header for my new site. ^^

Usually you just drag and drop. Check if the layer you want to copy is locked. If it is, just duplicate it and drag onto what u want.

Figured out seconds before read your post. Thanks anyway. Tho one more thing. What I'm trying to do is "mix" the pictures but i cant cause when I paste it. Its no longer selected. By saying "mix" i mean i want to make the picture i pasted Opacity like 35-45%. I'm looking at this tutorial atm. http://www.psdmaster.com/web-graphics/c ... ite-header


EDIT: Now i understand how to move it. But I still dont know how to mix it with current image. (I want to select Opacity of image i pasted.)

Another edit :banghead: : Found everything my self. I think ill move from paint to ps now lol.. Any mod can lock this thread.
