I cant make my mind up on what build to choose. I'd be very grateful for help.

1. STR
Main - Warrior ~ 1H, 2H or Axes?
Sub - Cleric/Warlock

2. INT
Main - Warlock
Sub - Cleric/Bard ?

I did read guides and saw videos of the various builds, but im still unsure. Which would cost more SP? Which lvls up faster? What can you say from personal experience?

Don't go axes. It doesn't excel at tanking or killing it's just border line mehness.
Warrior cleric is an excellent tanking build. and 2h/cleric pwns in pvp while 1h is good for partying.
Idk about lock.

I was thinking about making a lock/bard. I posted a question about it on the IGL forums...they talked me out of it.
Warlock/cleric as they said is an awesome build at pvp and good for parties with the cleric sub.

Warlock/cleric takes like 1mill sp. It's by far the most costly build sp wise.

Go to Nivlam.com and calculate the sp you'll need for each build to figure out the rest.

Thank you for your reply! Another big point is the SP, im already farming a blader thats 800k sp -_- What build would use less sp and what more? Please dont link me to guides about what to skill, since half of them write to 50% of the skills that they are optional.

Out of the warrior builds. Axes/cleric would cost the least amount of sp.

Out of the warlock builds warlock/bard would cost the least amount of sp.

To take full advantage of any warrior build you should take all weapons. If you cannot afford/ don't want to farm all 3 weapons, then take just the "essential" skills: all two handed skills, double and sudden twist from dual axes, shield trash and crush from one handed sword. Cleric is better overally, it greatly improves your tanking abilities, it's said by a lot of people to be the best sub for warrior. Warlock on the other hand increases more your offensive abilities (your damage) and enables you to "control" your enemies. Both are strong builds, for hunting in general I say cleric is better. For group pvping cleric is better also. For most 1vs1 pvp situations warlock is better.

The best warlock build for pvping is by far cleric. The best one for hunting is by far bard. Both are pretty good at group pvping, though cleric has more buffs and has ressing skills. It would depend on what you prefer and if you like more bard skills or cleric skills. I'd say you'd not get disappointed if you choose any of these two.

If you want the build which uses the smallest amount of sp, then:

Out of the warrior builds. Axes/cleric would cost the least amount of sp. I think that you should go two handed sword/cleric if you are not planning on take any other weapon, and if I recall it correctly it's also the weapon that requires the least SP.

Out of the warlock builds warlock/bard would cost the least amount of sp. Taking only noise and moving march.

if you like cookie cutter euros go warrior cleric with 1hand and 2hand.

2h/cleric isn't much

all the 2h skills, all of the 1st two trees of warrior (the party skills and what not) and take just vital increase lvl 1


for cleric, just get faith, bless spell, immolation, (holy) recovery division

and if you want holy spell/word, get charity also
