Its kinda empty on that server, no one world chats or anything.
Well I go lvl my blader now

ouch...good luck. Just remember, it'll take a lot longer with a blader than a nuker. Now I'm not trying to be negative, but if you look at it as something you do to relax and enjoy...
You can PvP at most any level, there's just less of it. Jobbing, on the other hand, you'll probably want to stay trader until 40...get into an active legit guild, and remember the journey, not the destination.
Some of the things I did (and I'm still doing)
took screenshots while I leveled, tried hitting manyangs for high damage, did trade runs, thief runs, hunter runs, went underwater from Jangan East Ferry and opened a monster scroll with some friends. (That was a lot of fun!) I got in parties with people I didn't know, talked to Germans, Turkish, French, Canadians (EH!) and more. I like helping people out, so I got in cave parties to help them level (I was 72, they were all low 60's). Do quests with your friends too, like Capt. Ivy. Oh, and helps to reminisce so you can see your progress....walking through ishades now, it's like "Man, I remember when we all kept dying to these things at level 44!" Getting your first million gold after saving up...etc, etc
Those are the keys to enjoying this type of game. If you look at it that way, and don't worry about rushing to the cap just so you can hang out at DW south or Sam south PvPing, it'll be more enjoyable.
(Your mileage may vary)
If faith is a crutch, I'm not limping anymore.
