Question on hibrid bows at ECSRO (1:1 or 69:70?)

Well, I don't really like full STR bows, I made an hibrid one (at the moment 69:70 at lvl 53) I was wondering if since they don't have snow shield a 1:1 would be better?

I don't care if it's not a very good build for pvp, I just like bows and being hibrid helps on grinding

tl;dr -- 1:1 or 69:70 hibrid bow on ECSRO?

Try posting this in the ECSRO section. You' get more help from people who actually know all about ECSRO.
