Joymax hacked my acc?

im asking the reason of the hack of my account my computer have no keylogger or any virus otherwise my paypal account would be already hacked i dont use any 3rd party program NO-DC or multiclient i had 80M and 28 globals on my account and a 2H 64+3 and some heavy armor 7D when i logged in today i see that i have no gold no items the globals all gone could you respond me back with a possible solution or give me my things back? or roll back my account to 2days ago?i was loged whole day xping i dced then reloged back in matter of minutes then i see my acc completly stripped? is that a bug ?0Gold 0Globals 8Silks left i send a bug report im waiting for an answer...

Anyway you simply got hacked and since you have ecsro in your location maybe its one of the ecsro files you might have downloaded, or friends you trusted that wanted to give you a nice Christmas present.

Accusing Joymax is kinda absurd

The fact you say there are more people in your guild should be enough indication for you that it is some "friend" usually people share contacts, like msn and tend to get hacked that way by trusting others a bit too much.

dude he is completely wright you are wrong, joymax cannot hack you, you are a user of its game, it can make you do whatever it wants to do but you have globals meaning you buy silk therefore joymax loves you and will never do anything to you. You simply got hacked, there are many ways to do it.

The least thing you could ask Joymax is a log of all the IP's that accessed your account.

That would indicate if you have been hacked or not. Joymax couldn't give 2 shits about some +4 heavy armor and some silks. They own the game therefore they can create, edit, delete do what ever with there own accounts.

You most likely got keylogged or entered an unsecure site that stole your ID and Pass.

Take better care next time.... Most people who claim they have been hacked (Those without any computer knowledge) but can work a bot just fine are usually beggers asking for double items or gold.

Joymax also does not rollback user accounts.

EDIT: Everytime i see a topic like this i LOL... Seems we get them once in a while.
