What to do... Start over or Not?

Hi I'm Mikehaych and I got a question.
Well, I got a Full int S/S Nuker on Oasis around lvl 28 ( I Got Around 1M )
I have farmed it at lower lvl, not so very good bc I was new and didnt knew I need much.
Also I stopped playing this game for 6 months. So I guess some things are changed.
I Stopped bc the server Oasis was ALWAYS full.
Now i'm back and it's still FULL.

So here is my Question: Shall I just try and try and try to log in and train on my Nuker. If yes, tell me what i should do ( long time ago I played ).

If not, What server should i choose then? And what character should i make.

You should make the char you like playing the most
If your level 28 nuker is not farmed to bad, and is atleast int, you can ofcource still play on that one ^__^
Others cannot decide for you Do what seems fun to you.

My Char is: Int, but not so good Farmed and Oasis Sucks... always FULL.
So i think i go other server.
Some one knows a good server?
I think about playing Wizard/Cleric.

use rev6 and see what servers are usualy open
but uranus is hardly full

it takes me less than 10 tries during peak hours on oasis, and after 6pm eastern or so its 1 try.

I tried to log in and i got in it.
So i looked up my Nuker, it was lvl 28 but only 168 Sp left.
I trained a few minuts but it's too slow.
I can Sp farm but gonna take so very long bc i first have to get lvl 30.
But i gonna make new Character on another server bc Oasis is always FULL

I think i gonna make Wizard/Cleric or Rogue/Cleric, Rogue/Bard ( wich Rogue is better )
So some one knows good server? Some people told me to do Venus, bc there a many Eu people.
