Grr dc!?Help me plox

so yea I was on my farmer getting powerfarmed with some other people. idk why but I was dc'd? i've been dc'd 3 or 5 times today. does this sometimes happen? i've also noticed that i was dced on my fps game too. i checked my connection plug ins and it seems alright. i seem to get dc'd between 2-4 hours.i've never experienced. im using windows xp. AAAAAAARGGGHHHH i forgot to mention that i ran the disk defragmenter before the dc'ing,would that have caused it?

Most of the time you get disconnection when your internetconnection is slow. Or when your internetconnection can't take much.

I dc more too than what I'm used too while nothing changed on my connection. I think it's the game or maybe my laptop...Meh it's not that often, sucks for you tho >.< I hope it'll go away

ah lol! problem solved. just had to turn off my router and modem along with the computer,plug the cords out,wait like 10 minutes then ta da!!!
