for pve its good and maybe for wars, but for pvp bicheon is better. And maybe fire/light/ice would be little boring because you have just nukes.

If you prefer group pvp and jobbing over 1vs1 pvp, then yes. But you'll probably lack weapon skills.

this is good for group and job, and i think later caps ints will have no choice but to drop weapon or sacrifice phydef or mag def in a way that criples them. for kd/ kb use ice / fire wall. as long as walls are up you will not get kd/ kb ed. so against a blader use fire wall (max it for long lasting) against int builds use ice wall. as you dont have weapon skill and nukes are ranged you dont have to move unless they go out of your range.

This build has the advantage of being a beast in both Group PvP [Jobbing] and PvE. You get the best of all Elements, but you won't be killing quickly with such a low DPS.

You'd have fire imbue + shouts which are casted really fast + fire nukes with lightning percentage magical attack increase which will do huge damage. Am I wrong? This build will hardly really lack damage, the big problem in my honest opinion about the 'full elemental forces build' is that you'd have no weapon 'disabling' skills.

Offtopic: By the way, I'm not sure about what "DPS" goes for?

I kind of agree, but it's because you can disable them with weapon skills but they cannot actually disable you. You can make them unable to deal damage to you for a while, but they cannot do that as they don't have weapon skills (they can use walls and snow shield to reduce the damage they receive anyways).
