Which nuker build would be better: A pure int heuk/fire/light/cold spear nuker or a pure int bich/light/cold s/s nuker?

I think you better go hyb spear or hyb s/s on ECSRO anyway

why hybrid and what stat point distribution? I was thinking more for PvE than for PvP, but I wouldn't want to totally fail at PvP either.

A 7:1 hybrid is a good nuker build.

Just add 3 str for 10 levels, then keep adding 3 int.
