looks safe to me



Doesn't really matter, doesn't give a true download speed. Speedtest does a better job at it than this. I get 400kb/s from this one, 2MB/s from steam

If you look at the actual download, its coming from the offical Microsoft download server. Filehippo is just a mirror site.
