Wasnt a fail build he just lack the skill to use it. Alot of ppl used this build at 70 cap.

Bear in mind that he did say upon the comments of the video that he doesn't grind like that, so it doesn't take him a long time to level, and, it's in ECSRO, so it's impossible to level slowly there. xD (10x rates)
