I've used PSP before.. but I think it was PSP 7 and I'm not too familiar with it cause I switched over to PS soon after I got PSP.

But, if nobody gets to it before me I can either write one up or link to a few basic PSP tutorials.

haha that tuturial web even has 3d studio max and autocad lol i work with them two programs
