You cant wear the bracelet untill you activate it thus you cant get the hp/mp passive.

so when 28 days up you wont be able to wear it untill u reactivate it with the extender.

No, color's are different. On female's I can only see shoulders look different. ( Colour wise )

There's a skill 2 slots under 'Avatar Chest' bit. You can put the skill on you quickslots and yo uare able to use it once every 30 minutes for a 10 minute duration. ( It dissappears if you die / teleport )
