Please Help Me!!!

I'm trying to help my friend get to play SilkRoad.... But then whenever i fix it -5 seconds later- ANOTHER FRICKIN PROBLEM! This time it's about him being unable to move after creating your character... Anyone know how to fix this . He meets all the system requirements too >.>

what do you mean? be more specific, because "not being able to move around", could be a bunch of things.

I mean he can't move as in when he clicks on the ground he doesnt go anywhere and he tries using the arrow keys but he still doesn't go anywhere!

hmm thats usually an internet issue, is all the bars and such things loaded? like hp/mp?

Yes they were loaded.

well... then i am not sure really, ive had that happen before only the hp/mp bars didnt load and such.... hmm idk have him make another character and see if it happens again.

haha, well usually that has to do with an internet issue, so i would suggest taking a look at teh firewall and making sure its not blocking the connection, it could also be the isp.

i guess your just lucky your on when i am on >_> lol

i dont really remember i think i made an exception in my firewall for sro, and restarted my modem another time and it just started working again.

Probably because he's logged on but his firewall or w/e is preventing him from being able to move or talk.
I've had this happen sometimes. Then I D/C -_-
