1:1 chinese archer

my cousin has a 1:1 lvl52 cold imbue hybrid archer
can this kind of build do well at pvp?
and what skills should he get?

1:1 i think he should get fire imbue (maxed pach and fire, ice-light balanced)

Or maybe higher ice and lower light, but I believe use protector if fire maxed with low ice.

i think the 1:1 should focus on fire and ice, lightning only necessary in small quantities
