I keep getting a message about adding Avatar and board pref. Well I believe I did both. Help!! lol

Because apparently finding a Sticky, has proven to be quite the challenge:

New posting restrictions:

• You can't post anywhere on the board except Site Discussion if you do not have an avatar and a location field. Go to your Profile and add an avatar and fill in your Location.
• You can't start your own topics in General Discussion unless you have more than 15 posts.
• You can't participate in the Exposed Botters forum unless you have 75 posts or more and your account is 14 days old or more.
• You cannot post on the board until 24 hours after registering.
