Can murderers enter CTF?

Can murderers enter CTF?

As it says, can murderers enter capture the flag? And if they do, does it take away their murder points when they die in CTF?

I've never tried it but considering you can't even teleport with murderer status it doesn't make sense that you'd be able to "teleport" to CTF
