yeah make a guild, lvl it to lv 2

invite friend to guild and he can invite your other char to guild then give it storage, now you have link between accounts + extra storage pages

Best way is to make a lvl 2 guild.
You can even have multiple alts in the guild to transfer items from multiple accounts.

I remember people using the drop -> log out -> log in on other char -> pick up items, in diablo 2.
When a high level used to join and leave randomly i would always check the act 1 town. And i would find items on a regular basis lol.

Just make both characters in the same account and use storage. All that drop trading will give you a hard time.

Wasn't there some guy on the forums like a 1 - 2 years back who explored Janagan tomb and found in a secluded corner multiple SoX boxes ?

Anyways, best thing to do is to make a guild with storage and trasnfer that way.

No way, I doubt someone found SoX boxes in a spot.


BTW, I LOL so hard at the nightbloom signature. I heard the mp3 and "she" sounds like a little boy going through puberty who got dropped and suddenly stopped going through it LOL

I was thinking...
Can you drop trade between two characters on two different accounts? Say you only have one computer and two accounts. No.1 account has four characters and no.2 account has the character you want to trade to.
Can you drop an item or money on no.1 account and then log off and quickly log on to no.2 account, select the character and then pick up to item or money? Or will you be too slow to pick the item or money up?

I've done this plenty of times. I just go to a spot in constantinople where there are no people, like in between some houses or on the backside of some houses. I always make sure that noone is following. Then I log out and get the other char to the same spot. then I log out agian and log on to the char with the items/gold. drop->log out->log in-> pick up

I never do it when the servers are crowded though, cause I don't know how long it stays on the ground.

2. Put both chars in the guild
3. Level up the guild
4. Use guild storage

Yes you can do drop trades. Find a time when the servers aren't full. Move both characters to the same isolated area. Drop item, restart, log in with other char, pick up, and done.

the drop the item thing will work if you are fast and lucky that no one comes along, and it dont take too long

for the guild idea you dont have to lvl up the guild if you dont want to, the problem you will have is joining your other players to your new guild, if you can both in the same new guild then it will work
you can use the 1 page of storage to transfer items
if you use a char that is not in a guild, (join it to your new guild that you make, 500k) you can get things from your original storage put it in new guild storage, get your other char to get the things out of the guild storage

Yes i also agreee, pass it on to perhaps one fo your guildmates ( or someone who you rilly rilly rilly trust and ask them to transfer it ) and tadaa...

PS:Try not to give it to a random person that you happen to find, and if you dont and you happen to want to do the trade then jsut simply drop it, but MAKE SURE SERVERS ARE NOT "CROUWDED" perhaps at a given time when it is at night, and Bam! Item transfered =]
