which int spear is good

is full int good or 5:1 or 7:1 or 3:1 idk or 2:1 just please tell me i really want to know i need a spear build that can do good in pvp and good in pve idc if i get owned in pvp i just tohught making a spear would be fun instead of all pvping all the times it would be fun to do alot of pve and wars lol anyways just give me some ideas about that and if you can some ideas about s/s to i am still deciding kinda thanks! also would i need snow shield for any of those to even survive pvp or no? or could i go with out it?

i suggest 1:5 or any balance that can reach 100% mag with fullblues.

I have a friend with 1:7 ss/fire build. I think his build is quite great since he win alot with standard+5 gears.

But i the end it ups to skill and gear^^
