90 days rule
90 days rule
OK, you are not considered as bot on this forum because of the 90 days rule that was implanted after pushing by some Venus members.
What about someone posting in game in a conversation that he won't be kicked off because his botting started 120 days before and isn't falling under a rule twisted by venusians?
It has nothing to do with venus nor NB or something, just Koffe on Eos, taunting me that he wouldn't be kicked from this forum bcse of that rule.... I know he still bots on Eos.

Re: 90 days rule
If your botting then you will get banned. Doesn't matter if you started 90+ days ago. Now, if you've stopped botting and rerolled you may then wait 90 days and you won't be banned *i think*
Re: 90 days rule
I would like to hear the official point of view ^^
That guy just posted, Hey I bot since 120 days, so your 90 days delay is overdue.
Don't think he cares about it...

Re: 90 days rule
if the bot uses the 90 days rule as a joke, he will get banned. Mods will judge depend on his attitude too, not just the rule. If he feels proud of his act and thinks that he could get away, then he is wrong.

ouch 0x33 members here...
What's worser in a treath, venusians or 0x33 members. Anywas why don't you want to join the legit community on Eos?

I'm not an 0x33 member anymore.
I'm not proud that i bot, i jus did it when i was level 85 and i had to farm 560k (LOL).
Re: 90 days rule
I apologize if you dont bot anymore ^^
I just hope you won't restart at level 85 but stay in touch...
The aim of a legit community is to help members overcome the huge farming by creating a nice community, talking about their probs and encouraging to continue...
It's not about the size of the sro e-penis but how long you can keep him up and having fun with the game.

Np.
Re: 90 days rule
# MUST be an active SRO account.
There is now a moratorium of 90 days on all past evidence. If someone used to bot but quit the game, rerolled a legit account that they are currently playing and they are NOT playing the botted one, etc., they are no longer considered a threat to the integrity of the game and these forums and are granted a degree of leniency under those circumstances. CURRENT bot support by these users would still be subject to the appropriate penalties.
Are you still playing on the formally botted character though?

Re: 90 days rule
Eos is not Venus you should know that from our former discussions.
No white list, no black list, no grey list.
We try to create a nice community for people that don't want or can't afford paying for silk/bot or are sticked to a non bot attitude and want to enjoy the game.
No bots allowed in union

Re: 90 days rule
The 90 day rule is not an absolute. Abuse of rules is still frowned upon and usually punished with a form of banishment; the rule is clear and straight forward:
The 90 day rule only applies in the following cases:
It applies in cases of exposure. If you are exposed and you meet the following prerequisites you won't be banned:
Clearing misconceptions:
*the italics in "is" changes the meaning to "is not." I use "is" to show that the user in question may believe he is protected by our rules.
*We're thinking about this; we handle bot banning on a case to case basis.

- User in question has not botted in 90 days.
- User in question no longer plays on the botted account.
- User has A]Quit the game or B]re-rolled on a legit account.
- User shows some remorse about his past [i.e.] User is not cocky because he/she botted and is protected by the rules.
Clearing misconceptions:
- Venus has no power over the SRF staff.
- Avalon had no power over the SRF staff.
