Work on depth, and composition overall.. I mean rainbow colors don't go very well with a chick who points a shotgun in your face, right?
lulz I certainly beg to differ. Just because a gun is symbolic for male power doesn't mean when we feminize it, it can't come with some rainbow colors. Now...what doesn't work here is the overall composition. If you're going to use a cutout, which I'm not really a big fan of anyways, you should at least include the top of the chicks head. As it stands now, it's a cut off cut out

Wat about the chick in your sig?
Not sure if you're referring to the colors...there are a lot of them, and I like it that way. If you're referring to my comment about the pop up sigs, well neither of mine is pop out (bc I don't like them.) If you'll notice, on hers she attempted to simulate the pop out by erasing the border over her render. This emphasizes the fact that the head is cut off. If you're talking about my positioning, I happen to like the way I put them in there. I don't think your render has to always perfectly have their head in the center of the screen, it's very odd to me. I think partial body lends more to the overall feel than the top of a person's head anyway. Besides, I couldn't get the gun in the screen the way I wanted to if I left the head in. And I don't like the look of anything larger than 125.

DumboDii wrote:Lil off topick but when you say "Work with the depth" what does that mean in action ?
Sorry for noob question but i just wanna be sure
It means that you should make some depth.
It's like blurring the things that are like "far away", and sharpening the things that are "closer". So it looks more realistic, and way more cooler. Just don't overuse those tools.

Ooooh now i get it. I have to think about that next time I make sigs.

I disagree. Its art. A chick pointing a gun at you and the colors being rainbowish are irrelevant. Its not suppose to be set in stone on how each render should look as a tag. Execution and thinking outside the box is what makes a tag great.

Look at Melez's sig if you want to know how to do it right! beepbeep!
