You should find a couple of friends and just move to a older more active server. That's what some friends and i did for Eos and we have been pretty successful so far. Also having a lot of fun being builds we never tried before.

When I get PC, might move to Venus.

I dont like PvP just because some people make a big deal out of it. So grinding would be cool..

Look for another active guild.
You can make one and invite random people around your lvl, its a pain in the ass but it might work.

Synergy is still there, With awesome people, the whole union is still there...
And Most are inactive because of school...
Just play when you can, and don't try to be the highest lvl, just lvl at your own pace, and have fun.
