So I haven't been playing for over 6 months now. Just got back in the game 3 weeks ago. I cant believe what I see and experience in PVP now. Everybody going force, warlock, etc as subclass.

Basically nobody can kill without putting stats on people. I see force bower, force glavie, and the most annoying of all is the FORCE BLADER. Man, basically I have to use pills to stay alive and pvping these people are wasting my gold. Another thing is, there always seem to be people fighting in group now. They like gangsters, you got the attacker, the buffer, and the one that likes to jump in and help. lol

What happen to this game? It was fun and all when people can kill without using stats. Now the bad effects is needed and require to even kill somebody. Annoying Force user who like to put shield and shoot force at you all day, switch to their regular weapon, attack, rinse and repeat. Dude, you cant even kill me when I use pills, so there's no point.

People experienced how strong debuffs are so now everyone wants to use them. There are enough non force Chinese and Euro chars out there. The group pvp is basically a group of friends/guildies or just 1 guy with a multi client running. If you ask for a 1 on 1, you mostly get it, sometimes they just teamkill you and laugh >.>

It's true. Ppl realize how much easier and faster it is to kill someone. even with sun with force and debuffs. About the gang-bang thing... that's been happening for a LONGGGG time now.

nothing wrong with statuses, chinese gave up speed or defense for it and its part of their build, they could kill you with out it if they crit just like it used to be, but when they give up light they can't phantom back to retry

euro gave up cleric for it alot of times too, so thats just part of the build

Well put. You can't bash someone's build just because you don't like how it works. It's effective and it's strong, and if you don't like it then it's time for you to find a different game.

Force Blader? Meh, I'm light/fire blader and I think it's still better overall. You'll only benefit from force at pvp (and only 1 vs 1 pvp), not to mention you'll seriously lack that grasswalk while grinding. Besides, bladers already have quite a few status effects with their own bicheon skills at this cap, they'll have even more at the 100cap (bleed, fear, stun, KD, dull(?) what else..) so yea.

As for the grouping you're talking about... it's natural that some people just group all the time to kill 1 player. That has always been there, just move away from those if you want to 1 vs 1.

You are right about that. I agree that chinese gave up ICE defense or Light for parry, force damage increase, and speed in this 90 cap. So the most logical choice to go is Wep 90, fire 90, force 90, 30 light for STR build. As for INT with light 90, Ice 90, force 90, and fire 30, most of the time they get kill by their STR build. I see it happen last night. STR Bower with force vs INT s/s with force, when the snowshield runs out, they die 9 in 10 of the times.

Im sorry but EVERYONE, since I have started playing this game, put down the force mastery and anyone that uses it. Saying it’s a waste of sp and only nubs get it. NOW, people are complaining that the very "nubs" that "wasted" their sp on a trash mastery are doing well in pvp. Boo hoo

About group pvp... I for example got tired of 1 vs 1 pvp so me and 2 friends just kill everyone in samarkand / DH (tibet has pvp in both )

In my server some are using this build and they can kill anyone and they never die, I only saw them in PvP 1 vs 1 .... Debuff division/weaken/decay/ then Chain to give Bleed then BB

and for the 30 mastery I will choose Cold anytime over Light ... 23% snow shield is a must to tank euros

I'd still go for 90 bich 90 light 90 fire 30 cold cause overall it's just better. You get extra parry ratio and attack ratio + extra mag attack power.even if you're not as good in pvp (but not much worse either, bladers are naturally good at pvp) you'll find it much easier to grind.

Well put. You can't bash someone's build just because you don't like how it works. It's effective and it's strong, and if you don't like it then it's time for you to find a different game.

As for the grouping you're talking about... it's natural that some people just group all the time to kill 1 player. That has always been there, just move away from those if you want to 1 vs 1.

Understandably, in group PvP the other team will probably have spell, but these days in jobbing on Olympus, everyone dies too much with buffers and shit that the one minute cool down does not cut it. The AR/Parry buffs help too, and you can heal team mates. Most importantly, you can ress. Particularly as a blader, you should almost never die, and if you keep your team mates alive, die even less often.

Force:
Debuffs pwns people without spell, or pills
Healing yourself (A blader that KD spams, then heals when your down never ever dies (in 1v1))
Heal team mates
Ress
Cure statuses, weakens bladers/warlocks/other force chineses abilities
MP passive


Light:
Slightly more damage
Speed, which can be bought.
Parry, which is a downer to lose. However, with the enemy attack rating decrease buff (goes through spell, cannot be pilled off) I am pretty sure that you take less damage than you would if you had more parry.

I think force is better in almost all group PvP's, and dominates 1v1 unless they have spell. Even with an enemy that has pills, as a blader you can easily burn through 50 of em, just use fly stone, lightning chain, debuffs, self heal, KD repeat etc.


Those statuses that bladers get... ALL the bladers get, and with force you can remove them.

Think of it like this...enemy blader lands Fear on you. Light blader either uses pills, or waits it out. Force blader can remove it, or just spam self heal and tank.

I must admit you might have changed my point of view on Force Bladers with that. I'm still farming Sp so I can always switch to force blader. Still, the thing that is making me hesitate in going force blader is that lack of grasswalk. Speed can be bought, yea, but it's rather expensive if you're gonna buy it everytime you grind. Hard choice. But thanks for letting me knwo your opinion

I stock up on moving speed scrolls during events. I have enough to last me about 500 hours. I'm sure I will get more in December too.

50% movement increase isn't so bad; especially in garment (20% more).

Reserve the 100% potions for when you really need the speed (jobbing, fortress, CTF, etc.)

I actualy know very few people who have force class along with a sun weapon. thats way overkill. they usualy will trade force for ice for the extra phys defense because you already cause insaine damage with a plused and pimped weapon.

light/fire blader sucks really. I used to be this build, light sucks. Only reason I was force was to put Division/Impotent faster. If they pill it off I can put it with my chains. I quit the game now so I don't play. But people with 84-88+5 sets with +5/7 weapons couldn't kill me.
