What about my int spear build

I just figured out that i wanna be int spear but now i need some advice about what kind of spear nuker is the best if you want to own @ pvp and be good in pvE to

so plz tell me what is the best int spear build for what i wanna be:
if u are willing to help me plz say what kind of stat points:
like pure
7:1
8:1
6:1 etc
and when u choose 1 of the builds tell me the best masteries for that build

Pure int: 90heuksal/light/ice 30fire
5:1: 90heuksal/fire 60ice/light imo
Both can work out fine.

some pvp stuffs:
-if the enemy wear garment use heuksal skills on him
-if he wear armor - nukes
-protector...use both...when u knock him back do a nuke...and you will be fine...be CLEVER and you will rulez...

i like it, it is nice at pve

Normally I would way this is too hybrid. But one of my good friends in Silkroad is this build and he can even tank without snow. This build is really good.

I'm making at the moment a 5:1, 90 heuksal and fire and 60 ice light beacouse i love the firenukes and you have 40% snowshield and that's definatly enough! So it can tank a bit and it does very nice damage !!!
